Before you buy
The free preview lets you see the naming method and an example result. The paid product is a digital collection made available after payment verification. The one-time price, currency and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm payment.
Requesting a refund
Email the support address below with your receipt or order number and a short description of the issue. Please contact us if delivery fails, you were charged twice, or the product materially differs from the description. We review each request under applicable law and the payment provider's rules. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
After a refund
An approved full refund or chargeback ends paid access to the collection and certificate. The payment provider sends the refund to the original payment method when possible; posting time depends on the provider and your bank. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.
