Information you provide

We use your original name and chosen style to create suggestions. You may also provide values, a surname, gender and birth date or time for a traditional naming calculation. Google sign-in provides your verified email address, display name and profile photo when available. We use that verified email for the order and receipt; the hosted payment provider may separately ask for billing details. We store order identifiers, payment status and a referral code when one applies. Our systems also process network information needed for security and request limits.

How we use it

We use this information to create and deliver your names, explain the method used, verify payment, handle support and refunds, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Birth details are optional; we do not invent a birth chart if you leave them blank. We do not use your birth details in a public share URL.

For advertising measurement, we count name-page views in aggregate and store language and limited campaign URL labels with a generated naming session. A country code in those labels describes the campaign target, not your verified location. We compare these counts with checkout and confirmed order records to measure campaign results. This measurement does not add a visitor-tracking cookie or store birth details in the page-view totals.

Providers and cookies

Google verifies your sign-in and provides the account profile fields described above. Our payment provider processes checkout and card information on its hosted pages. Korname does not collect full card numbers. Our signed, HTTP-only session cookie protects access to private results. Our sign-in, hosting and payment providers may process information in countries outside your own, subject to their service arrangements and applicable law.

Retention and your choices

We retain naming sessions and purchase records while needed to deliver access, answer support requests, reconcile payments, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. To ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, email the support address below. Some transaction records may need to be retained where law requires it. You decide whether to copy or publish a share link.
